AppleCare+ for iPad


Every iPad comes with one year of hardware repair coverage and 90 days of telephone technical support. AppleCare+ for iPad extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPad.1 With AppleCare+ for iPad, Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues with your iPad, including using iOS and iCloud, connecting to wireless networks, FaceTime, iBooks and other Apple branded iPad apps. Should your iPad need service under the plan, Apple technical support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call.2 And it adds up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling for your iPad, each subject to a $49 service fee plus applicable tax.

The AppleCare Protection Plan for iPod extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPod.1 With the AppleCare Protection Plan for iPod, Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues with your iPod, including syncing with iTunes, HD video recording and FaceTime for iPod touch, and using Apple-branded iPod touch apps. You also get up to two years of iPod repair coverage, including the battery. Should your iPod need service under the plan, Apple technical support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call.2
