How it works…
Use the contact form on the left side of this page to request that we come to your downtown home or office and pickup your device for servicing.
A local WestWorld representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm all the details necessary to pickup your device.
WestWorld will repair your device and let you know when it is complete, you will have the ability to come to the store to pick it up, or we can drop it back off at your place of business or residence.
You will pay the service fees when your repair is complete.
Before arranging pickup service:
If you are sending in an iPad or an iPod, please make sure to turn off Find My Device. We are unable to proceed without this step being done.

Backup your device, WestWorld is not responsible for data loss during service.
If you are unsure about how to backup your device, please call us at 403-221-9499 and we will help you!
iPads and iPods are backed up via iCloud or on your computer using iTunes.
External hard drives are a great backup solution for Macs.

Why cant you fix my device at my home or office?
With our years of experience we have found that field repairs ultimately take longer, cost more, and often do not resolve the problem the first time. Using our specially prepared work spaces, tools and diagnostic equipment we find that there is a much high success rate with repairs.
If you have an 'environmental' issue, such as a network, or peripheral connection problem, our technicians can provide onsite troubleshooting and repair for those types of issues.
